A piece of identity to prove your Nationality and proof of your association to the Village

A piece of identity is usually a valid passport

Proof of your association to the Village can be the following:

Proof of full time residence – copies of Income Tax forms, local council tax forms

If you spend 6 months or more in the Village, copies of rent paid and/or utlility bills (water,electricity etc)

2 passport sized photographs

Your old Identity card in the case of renewal

For children, the family record book is required

For children with unmarried parents, authorization of the 2 parents; If one or either have not signed this authorization, a copy of their identity card is required

2 photographs , 35 x 45 size

The original of proof of domicile ( photocopies not accepted)

An identity document ( drivers license, passport)

For children with unmarried parents, written consent from both parents

If one or either have signed, photocopies of their Identity document

Proof of ownership ( less than 1 month old)

1 piece of identity ( if in 2 names, a piece of identity for each name)

Proof of residence – utility bill (less tha 3 months old)

1 cheque – 34 euros or 17 euros if the car is more than 10 years old

The print out of the demand, filled in and signed
